There are many memes in the world that have censored faces and words in them, something that only smart people can understand. But there are also memes that gamers can understand, and can use for entertainment. I once did a blog on other gamer memes! And other people out there are making articles of memes too, so I’m not the only one. But there is one meme that I think YOU gamers won’t be able to understand, and the meme start right…. NOW!
On Pinterest, there is this perfectly clean meme that includes Corrin(male) and Corrin(female) from Fire Emblem: Fates. That might sound weird but actually is not, since Corrin is the main character of Fire Emblem: Fates, where you can play as Male Corrin, or Female Corrin, but you can’t play as a “gender-neutral” Corrin, you simply have to choose if you want to play as a boy Corrin, or a Girl Corrin. Anyway, the meme starts with a mysterious crown falling onto Male Corrin with Female Corrin in the backround. Then the next and final panel has Male Corrin transforming into a girl after the crown gets onto Male Corrin’s head and Female Corrin with a shocked look on her face, which gamers at first won’t understand… at first that is. A little explanation is what you need!
At first you may not get the meme, but (sigh, this might take a lot of explaining so just seach up the answer or keep reading, you only have one choice) there is a really simple explanation behind this, so this really should’t take that long (omg I jinxed it). You see, in a certain Super Mario game (I couldn’t say which because the power went out when I tried to get the link, aye aye aye, I told you I jinxed it) there is a power-up called the Super Crown. And when you play as Toadette (I have no link to the cite you can learn about her, stupid thunderstorms and power outages) in that Mario game, you can turn yourself into Peachette (an overpowered human version of Toadette) if you get your hands on that crown. So other people started thinking if that happens for Toadette, then the same can happen with Super Smash Bros characters too! And too prove that… (Is my internet on? No?! What the @&#!)! Anyway, Corrin was a Smash bros fighter and since the person thought that Male Corrin would look like a girl if he got his hands on that power-up. That is why Female Corrin was shocked in that meme.
And why did they decided to do Corrin? That is just because Corrin must be one of that guys favorite Smash fighters!
