Hello everybody!

I hope everyone enjoyed their week (I did- cross country practice is FINALLY OVER WOOHOO but at the same time I’m finally in good shape and I don’t wanna wreck it :,D)

(We had donuts at the last timed mile- and I ate five tangerines in less than two minutes or something help)

Two things happened this week!

  1. Hexadust’s birthday on October 9th!! Happy belated birthday I was so busy I forgot ahhh :,D (To Hexa: You’re honestly the only FNF creator I watch nowadays, you’re awesome lol keep it up <3)
  2. DASHAIN WEE HEEEEEE

Yeahhh OSP had a Dashain party!

(And it was different than the past years.)

This year, we hosted the party at the MECCA Sports Bar and Grill. Not really normal.

What is normal is hosting the Durga play.

And this year was…complicated.

We changed the script to remove all Narrator parts, added a couple of roles and some comedy and BOOM- new play!

…if only it were that simple.

Some people arrived late, the mic didn’t work very well either. (We couldn’t keep handing it off-that would be weird.) So we pretty much had to scream.

Or that’s what my sister and I realized.

Nobody else did.

So that was wonderful.

As IF it isn’t DIFFICULT enough for people to hear you when they AREN’T talking amongst themselves.

Really?? Seriously, how difficult is it to pay attention for literally a few minutes?

And I’d forgotten the music cues at home. We had to improvise a little bit there.

But we did the best we could at that time (I think). And we did perform (instead of quitting).

Also, I made a playlist for the party.

Yet I forgot that the main people who were going to be dancing were Nepali parents.

So yes, I did put your average school dance songs.

(Not the weird ones that make you question who crafted the playlist. The good ones.)

And yes, nobody was dancing.

(Not even to the Cupid Shuffle or Cha Cha Slide- WHERE THEY TELL YOU WHAT TO DO IN THE LYRICS.)

(GODS.)

…so that was fun.

Also I ate a cheese curd-looking thing that turned out to be cauliflower.

Bluck.

I also spoke at the performance. That was pretty fun. Tough crowd though.

Also we need a conductor for the National Anthem (which I would have done if I hadn’t volunteered to sing…). Because we were off beat.

Other than that, it was good.

(Also I left early because I’m not dealing with that lol)

Anyway- go listen to the OSP Podcast this week ЁЯША

Ok byeeee
