What makes this cover so much sadder for me is that he hecking dies and at the end of the song it sounds like he says, “I’ll give you my whole life so you’ll see tomorrow” and he DIED TO SAVE CLOUD OMG

Omg I love Cloud so much
This song is sad and pretty much embodies his misery (i.e. his friends dying, Nibelheim burning, etc.)
