Hello everyone! I have no artwork for this blog. This is because of a schedule I’m doing, which means artwork for one week and then the next week: no artwork. Today, I’m going to be presenting this month’s (or maybe, week’s) YouTube Spotlight. You know the rules! I present an overrated or underrated YouTuber and post videos of their work. This is the second Spotlight this year (and the second time my mom will be angy at me).
YouTube Spotlight: Ice Cream Sandwich
Ice Cream Sandwich is a channel starring the eponymous Ice Cream Sandwich (real name being Andy) and his videos, which are about him replying to comments and recalling his experiences. He has a great sense of humor, and lives with his wife (her name is Kelly) and his dog (Rhea). He has more than 2.7 million subscribers on YouTube. He usually talks about random topics and in one two-video saga, explains how he deals with his ADHD.
His most famous videos are about him spraining his ankle on a bouncy house (with a meme scream included) and an episode with him talking about his two sisters, both of which bugged him when he was little. My favorites, however, has to be his videos with him talking about his diagnosis with ADHD and his most recent video; which he talks about illegal food combinations (like PB& J with ranch and Smam, smores with spam in them). No matter what topic Andy talks about, there is no doubt that his videos will have the nostalgic, family friendly, and crystal clean humor he always sprinkles in them.
