For the first three quarters of school I was a virtual student then in the last quarter I was in-person student in Swanson Elementary. As a student who experienced both types of learning, I think that in-person school is better because in-person school has so many more fun things to do. It also makes school feels more real, while in virtual everything is on the screen. I also like in- person school better because, in-person you don’t have to look at the screen for so long, and in in-person school is very lively. You can also talk to more people, make more friends and hangout with friends during recess more and make more friends outside but also with people in different classes. These reasons makes me think that in-person school is better than virtual school since you can do lots more stuff like speeches. There are also more reasons that I think in – person school is better especially with Mr. B the coolest teacher in school but my teacher Mrs. Hessler is better than all third grade teachers in the world.
I also don’t like in-person school because i cant see my family until 3:41 people, also they do not wear their masks. EVER! The principal of Swanson said masks could be recommended then required, so I have to worry about that, and I can’t over sleep even for 5 minutes because in virtual I can spend more time asleep because in virtual school starts at 9;15 and i can wake up at 9:05 and sleep in for five extra minutes.
