In Nathan Hale’s Hazardous Tales, if you’ve read Nova’s blog, is a funny comic series where Nathan Hale himself stars in. He tells funny detailed stories about history, and if you read all of them, who knows, you just might learn something new. Like, who knew Donner Pass wasn’t crossed by the Donners? I’ve read every single one. But Blades of Freedom is my favorite, and I’ll give you a few reasons why.

It’s AWESOME!” Then you may want to learn more about it’s amazing history. If you’re thinking, “What’s a Haiti?” Then, yeah, you should definitely read this book. Wacky characters like the Aedes Aegypti the mosquito, Léger Félicité Sonthonax the kitten, Provost, Billy, Hangman, and Nathan Hale will teach you about the gruesome Haitian Revolution. They’ll even make it funny and easy to understand! And this is a war where 350,000 people were killed! That’s skill. Read the book and have a wacky adventure with the Billy, Provost, Hangman, and Nathan Hale!
