So today I explored Hammerlocke, and found a little girl in Hammerlocke and she wanted me to deliver a old letter to Frank in Ballonlea. I told her, “But I don’t know where Ballonlea is!” But she had disappeared by then. Sigh. Now I’m stuck with a situation I dunno how to handle… UGH. Why do I get all the nut jobs? Anyway. I found the vault, but Raihan was standing right in front of the vault door. He said, “You’re one of the trainers endorsed by the Champion, aren’t you? Let’s see… What was your name again?”<googles my name> Ok, now I have two things to remember:

1: My name is on Google, which is the tiniest bit creepy.

2: Raihan is stupid.

He lemme into the vault, and I found the TM Charm. I walked inside the vault, and found my dear friend Sonia, looking at the pictures inside the vault, she noticed me and my confusion, and described the pictures. She said, “The two youths watching a Wishing Star. A disaster occurs-the two bewildered youths. The two youths looking at the sword and shield that stop the disaster. The two youths being crowned.” Welp, THAT was a turn of events. She bounced some ideas off of me, then gave me two Revives. So seeing the vault, I headed on to Stow-on-Side, hoping the journey would be easy.

It was NOT. First I encountered %$#*@#$* Team Yell, whom I beat easily. Then I encountered one Silicobra, saw a Axew, battled some weird lady with a Throh, battled ANOTHER weird lady with a Sawk… wait a sec… Throh and Sawk sound EXACTLY like throw and sock; which is what you do in Judo and Karate, which are their Pokémon categories! Ah well. None of my Pokémon evolved, why? Because they’re all fully evolved, silly! I then battled some %$#* Galarian Yanmask, and I FINALLY REACHED STOW-ON-SIDE! WOOT WOOT! Someone wanted to trade Hatenna for Maractus, but I didn’t have a single Maractus on me! But there were SO MANY STINKIN’ MARACTUS IN STOW-ON-SIDE! Geez! I then battled Hop, who was very depressed about losing to Bede, who said he was dragging Leon’s (the Champion!) name through the mud and being rubbish.I beat him(Sorry Hop). Then some weird old lady appeared and gave me Bea’s League Card. That was weird. I then used a ladder to get on top of some guy’s roof, and found a Cracked Pot, an item used to evolve Sinistea into Polteageist. Wow how USEFUL, considering I don’t HAVE a Sinistea! But I felt I was ready to challenge the Gym, and walked in.

The Gym Mission was to ride a weird spinning cup thingy punched around by weird fist thingies. Owww… painful. When I made it to the end, I battled Bea. I had Persephone(read previous blogs) start off with Dazzling Gleam, but Bea’s Hitmontop used Revenge(a move that doubles the damage it has taken the previous turn) and left Persephone with 13 HP, so it wasn’t fit to battle Pangoro. This caused me to say,”*%$# this *&^#!” (Sorry about the curse words). I switched to Tsunami(read previous blogs)Who 1 KO’ed Pangoro with it’s First Impression attack, and also one KO’ed her Sirfetch’d with a Leech Life attack, healing Golisopod. I switched to Bonbon(read previous blogs), whom I Dynamaxed and had used Max Mindstorm (Dynamax Psychic-type attack!), but Machamp(Pokemon Bea Dynamaxed!) had 1 %$#*&^ HP left, and used Max Darkness( Dynamax Dark-type move, it knew Knock Off!) but it barely did any damage to good ol’ Bonbon. She finished it off with Max Mindstorm, earning me my Fighting badge!

I was celebrating my victory, when Sonia congratulated me on my victory, and wanted me to see the mural in Stow-on-Side when KABLOOIE! I followed Sonia to see what was going on, and found Bede attempting to destroy the mural to find Wishing Stars, using the Chairman’s Copperajah! I battled him, won, and The Chairman with Oleana came! Oleana took the Wishing Stars from Bede, and the Chairman revoked Bede from the Gym Challenge. Then, suddenly, THE MURAL FELL DOWN, revealing statues of two strange Pokemon holding a sword and shield. I felt like I had seen one of them before… But Sonia said some history stuff, then she said, “Which means…” “The sword is a Pokemon!” I responded automatically. She nodded, gave me some Revives, and I trekked off to Glimwood Tangle, the path to Ballonlea.

That it for now, guys! If you liked my battle with Bea, be sure to see to Pokemon Journeys episodes called Solitary and Menacing, plus Octo-Gridlock at the Gym on Netflix and Pokemon TV!
